Our craftsmen sort through tons of stone, piece by piece, selecting only the rocks that complement each other and have just the right shape, texture, size and detail. Our state of the art mold manufacturing facility is able to capture every textural detail down to the most finite level.

Installing Evolve Stone is as easy as installing siding. That’s due to our proprietary combination of patented Evolve Material and advanced engineering. With Evolve Stone, the nail disappears into the stone leaving a clean, unmarred finish.

Evolve Stone offers infused color throughout, leaving cuts virtually unnoticeable. It is strong and beautifully durable so it can withstand harsh weather conditions for years of worry-free service. Our product is UV stable and moisture impermeable, having less than 1% water retention. ProVia manufactured stone is artfully crafted to replicate the rugged textures, shadow lines, and coloring of authentic quarried stone. Our process includes placing a mixture of high-quality aggregates, cement, iron oxides and pigment into handcrafted molds to replicate the look of real stone from unique geographic regions, reproducing undercuts, subtle textures, and natural hues.

ProVia manufactured stone is unique, because each stone in every profile and palette starts with the expertise of a trained stone mason. Natural stones are selected and sculpted by true professional masons, and used to create a realistic, handcrafted master mold. Real quarried stone molding, not computer modeling or CAD imaging, results in a near-perfect replica with all of the depth, character, texture and nuance of authentic stone. Edges, corners, reliefs and faces are expertly chiseled by hand, ensuring that even the smallest detail is accurate.

ProVia manufactured stone is not a typical stone veneer or panelized product. Individual stones are crafted so that no two are exactly alike. Each stone has a flat back for easier installation and fewer cuts on the jobsite.
